Shipping policy
1. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
- We currently only ship to US and Canada.
- We use the UPS os USPS to ship all orders and tracking will be available through them. This tracking, however, only follows the package within the United States. After it departs a US Processing Center, it becomes the property of your country’s postal system.
2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
- All products are made and shipped from the US. If you are from Canada, please allow additional time for delivery.
3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Order processing time takes 1-2 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 5-7 business days!
- If you are from Canada, please allow 1-2 week for delivery.
4. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?
- While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce. If it does not arrive after 10 business days, please contact us here.
5. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
- We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens).
6. CAN I REQUEST A REFUND/EXCHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
- You would have 24 hours to cancel your order after ordering an item. Items that are already shipped won't be able to return/cancelled or exchanged. We don't issue refund unless you received the wrong item or the item is damaged. If you have an issue with your order, contact us directly within 7 days of product delivery and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence.
- If an order has not been delivered in 20 calendar days (USA) or in 30 calendar days (for international orders), you should contact us within 1 week in order to be eligible for a reprint/refund.
- We are not liable for any items that are shipped to the wrong shipping address. Please make sure your address is complete and correct before submitting your order. You could also find the customized notes in your order confirmation email as well. If you made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours.
